How to download Skype for iPod Touch? Does it need Wi-Fi?

heyheyhey.
I've been planning on getting an iPod Touch, but i'm just wondering if the ipod Touch can get the Skype app
Also, is it free? I mean, if i IM or call, will it cost me something?? This is for ipod Touch, not iPhone btw. (;
and would i need WiFi for the app?

Skype app for iPod Touch and iPhone is available from the App Store. It is free. And it requires Wi-Fi to make Skype calls. Skype-to-Skype calls are free.
