You can use Blackmagic Intensity Pro for recording PS3 gameplays and streaming them to online web-sites using your PC.

Hauppage HD PVR is an external personal video recorder. It can be used to record and broadcast live gameplays. It doesn't have HDMI, but since PS3 uses HDCP protection, component video should be used for recording / broadcasting gameplays anyway. Please note that Hauppage HD PVR requires you to have a PC with USB 2.0 for recording.

You can also try to use an HD video camera to record your gameplays. And you can use the video camera to stream videos like gameplays.
