Record / download separate SWF radio station streams

 

Hi,

I am looking for a program that will allow me to record/download separate swf radio station streams on the same computer.
At the moment I use Replay AV to time shift record multiple radio stations but some of those have switched to a swf stream so this is no longer possible.

I have seen the workarounds on the forum and the various stop/start recorders (such as Replay Media Catcher) but what I am trying to do is to record/download two swf streams simultaneously on the same computer (eg record two shows that are on at the same time on different stations whilst I am at work)

SWF is just a player for radio streams. Please post the URLs of the web-pages, so that we can try to download your radio streams.

Do you need scheduling when recording / downloading these streams?

Hi,

I do need to schedule (or at least would like to) as I will not be there to start / stop a recorder. I know there are workarounds for recording a Flash/swf/rttp stream using Replay AV but not two audio inputs at once?

I've tried several browsers, but can't play it

The _http://www.citybeat.co.uk radio station uses Shoutcast stream, so you shouldn't have problems downloading it with Replay AV and many other programs

Thanks for that good advice. Got Citybeat sorted. The Downtown (www.downtown.co.uk for station website) does use a RTMPT / RTMP stream so I will try the workaround mentioned on another thread.

You can download RTMP streams with Replay Media Catcher as well as other RTMP Flash stream recorders. Some of them are 100% free.
