I need help recording gameplay from Xbox 360 with with Dazzle Video Creator Plus HD

 

I have problem recording gameplay from my Xbox 360 with Dazzle Video Creator Plus HD? When I record my gameplay, the video on my computer screen is glitchy and choppy.

Also when i am done capturing and watch the recorded video, the video plays much faster while the audio plays at normal speed.

Is there any way to fix my gameplay recording problem?

Try to contact Pinnacle support to solve your problems with the box.

I don't really like Dazzle Video Creator Plus HD. It costs $80 while it can only capture from composite (RCA) or S-Video input. Pinnacle Studio HD is the main reason of its price being so high. It can't capture HD video despite what you may think when seeing HD in its name.

My TV Tuner costs the same and I can perfectly record videos from RCA or S-Video input with it.
