Skype freezes when I use my web-cam. How to fix the problem?

 

I have a HP 6930P with win7 and the new Skype installed.

When I make videocall, my skype freezes. I tried to upgrade my display driver, plus my hp cam driver I even tried without hp cam driver. I cant figure out what the problem is.

You can try to use Virtual web-cam software. Some of these programs allow you to use your web-cam with multiple applications simultaneously.

And you can also try to use a newer or older version of Skype.
