Trouble with a Nuvico EVL-800 DVR - Audio/video stream recording forums

I'm hooking up a DVR in my Main office.. I have 2 locations i want to access it from (The main office and another warehouse). I have used 2 workstations in the main office to try to access it and I have tried 3 workstations at the other warehouse. 1 Workstation in the main office was able to access it and 2 in the warehouse could access it. The problem I'm having is when I use the Nuvico Lite software i type in the IP/Port and Username and password. On the computers that WONT access it, its saying "Invalid Password". I know that its connecting to it because i've tried several different things. When I use the web browser it doesn't give me an error message it just doesn't go to it. Note that there are 3 computers that WILL access it so there is no problem with the routers / network. All computers that are at the same location are also hooked up the same way. Thanks in advance.
