Is there an application on a Mac that can act like a TV?

I know there's Hulu and Boxee, etc. but, im looking for something that is like a live tv...if there's anything like that, please let me know.

You can add a TV Tuner card for Mac to watch TV including cable and satellite TV.

You can also watch online TV streaming including streaming videos and p2p Internet TV.
