I can not convert any file

 

I got WM Recorder Bonus Bundle 14, WM Recorder and WM Capture works great, the problem is when I tried ti work with WM Converter... I did all steps in WM Converter User Guide but it doesn't work, I tried whit many diferents files and everytime i got the message ERROR in Status field... what the problem is?

For this type of error, the first thing to do is to UNCHECK the "Use 2 pass conversion".

Normally a single pass conversion should be used. The "2 pass" should be used to correct recording errors.

For example a FLV file that has some missing data for example. The single pass will only convert the good part up the error. The 2 pass will bypass the error and go up to end.

Yes, I read something about "2 Pass" and tried with both (checked and unchecked)... and I got the same message... Also I tried installing the WM Recorder at my laptop and I got the error too.
In the other hand.. I installed WM Spliter and doesn't work too!
