When I watch a video on any web-site it pauses. How to solve the problem?

When I go to HULU or any other video site and play something, the video pauses at play and after a few seconds starts to play. It does this all the time. I have defragmented, scanned for virus.

This usually happens when your internet connection is not fast enough. Your player starts buffering before playing. Check your Internet speed and see whether your should get a faster Internet connection.

You can also download/capture streaming videos and watch them offline.

You can try the following to solve your buffering problems:

update Adobe Flash Player
use alternative browsers like Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome
disable TCP/IPv6
adjust MTU values
