I'm running windows 7. I cannot get stereo mix / wave-out mix. ALREADY TRIED DISABLING THING. I really need help, i need stereo mix option.

Try to enable stereo-mix / wave-out mix from the control panel. Also try to download and install sound card drivers from Gateway web-site.
