Here how to turn off (disable) hibernation in Windows 7

Open "Control Panel" -> "Power Options" -> "Change the advanced power settings".
Expand "Sleep" and "Hibernate after"
Under "Hibernate after", set the Setting (Minutes) to "Never".
Under "Allow hybrid sleep", set Setting to "Off"
Click the "OK".

You can also disable hibernation (or remove hibernation file) from the command prompt. Just type

in the command prompt and press the "Enter" button. Then close the command prompt.
