Using Replay Video Capture with Wine on a Mac: Will it work?

 

I've read about using Replay Media Catcher on a Mac using WineBottler. Is it possible to use Replay Video Capture to record videos on a Mac? Will it be slower on a Mac with Wine than on Windows?

I don't see much sense using Replay Video Capture on Linux or Mac OS X. Even if it works, it will only record sound from Windows applications.
