Problem with Replay Music

I cannot get a good audio level from Napster using Replay Music recorder. Rhapsody records fine. In Napster the recordings are a lower audio (volume) level. I've turned the volume levels up on my pc and on the Replay settings to no avail. Anyone else have this problem??
