unable to remove DRM using wondershare media converter pl help

 

i am using wondershare media converter but getting error as shown in the figure the same error i am getting using other converters also. what could be the problem and how to get rid of this . is it possible to get this file from this forum or any other source

wondershare has created lots of spam posts in our forum as well as in many other forums and blogs. I do NOT recommend to buy any software from spammers like wondershare.

If you can't get any support from them, please write about it and try to get a refund.


What kind of file extension do the videos files that you want to remove drm from have?
