Need stereo mix recorder (Windows audio mixer recorder) to record sound from my audio card. Are there any good free programs that can record from stereo mix?

There are lots of sound recorders for Windows that can record from stereo mix. Some of the Windows audio mixer recorders are freeware:

Note that you can record from your sound card even without stereo mix:
