How can I record stereo mix and my microphone at the same time in Windows XP Pro?

As per the title. I know it's possible, but no idea how.

I am going to be broadcasting on a radio show through Icecast. My co host lives 200 miles away, and will call me through Skype, to be on the show. What I need to do is get Icecast to broadcast what comes from my microphone AND skype, is that a better description at all?

Just select your microphone in the stereo mix.
  1. Right click on the speaker icon in the task bar (or go to the Audio setting in Control Panel) and choose Open Volume Control.
    The stereo mixer will open.
  2. Choose Options -> Properties.
  3. Click on the recording selector. Make sure the microphone chekbox is marked.
  4. Return to the stereo mixer.
  5. Make sure that the microphone slider is up and not muted.
  6. You can also select the Advanced Controls and enable the microphone boost.
