Problem converting FLV audio only file (.m4a) to MP3

hi, i used orbit to download the URL radioactiveman_growl_20080722_hi.m4a.flv but the file saves as an FLV file. i tried using Mplayer to play (or convert) it to a standard MP3 couldn't fathom it really. is there freeware out there that an idiot like myself could use to convert m4a.flv to .mp3? oh, this came off the samurai.fm website. cheers.

It is better to extract an audio track without any conversion:

Handbrake, any video converter are both freewares which can help u conver flv to mp3

I recommend to use lossless conversion (by extracting audio trackes) instead
