Problem with WM Recorder 14 and ESET Home Security

 

I have just changed to ESET Home Security and cannot use ADA any more, I get a message 'Adapter not responding'.
I've granted access to the exes that the program suggests but still not luck.
Has anyone got a solution for this please?
