There are lots of services that offer video conferencing. The most well known are the following
  • GoToMeeting
  • WebEx
  • Skype (free video conferencing is limited to 2 persons)
    ...
Make sure to read a review about a service before buying anything, especially if you have never heard about it before.

Stream Recorder got them right, it's sad that they all cost money though, college students are broken!
Try FaceFlow too, it's free but might not be exactly what you look for.

Skype has this feature and you can share the the stream up to 8 person. 5 is the recommended but never tried yet. You have to have premium account in order to do this and heard good things about it

You can use various Video Conferencing service providers such as Polycom, Accutel etc. However, if you are looking for web / video conferencing, you can have a look at webex, gomeetnow, gotomeeting etc. Alternatively, you may even conisder on premise web conferencing appliance such as RHUB.

Suggest Skype, you can use a HDMI camera to go with SEETEC USB capture.

Maybe you can contact mike@seetec.com.cn for more information.

Cheers!
Joshua.
