wm capture problem: black screen during playback

i tested your WM Capture program for a couple of weeks before i paid for the full program. it worked fine in the trial but the full version shows a lot of black screen during video playback and that is unacceptable. i am requesting a full refund ($49.99). i am doing a chargeback on my bank card also.

You need to contact the company via www.wmrecorder.com to request a refund.

It is really weird that the WM Capture worked fine in the trial mode and doesn't work for you in the full mode.

I don't really understand what "a lot of black screen during video playback" means. You can change the recorded area to avoid black strips around the video.

If you can't record video and get black/green/blue screen when recording, you need to disable video acceleration:

This might be late, but i've got an answer for this:

The "black video" phenomenon is caused by having "hardware acceleration" enabled on your PC. Here's how to disable hardware acceleration:

1. Right click on your Windows desktop.

2. Select Properties in the pop-up menu.

3. In the Display Property window click Settings, Advanced, Troubleshoot.

4. Move the Hardware Acceleration slider to NONE.

5. Click Apply.

6. Click OK in the message box displayed by the video card.

7. Click OK to exit

Give this a try, and let us know if you have any other questions.
