"Acquiring License" message in WMP with purchased video

Hello,

I have gone through all the steps posted on this site for configuring windows media player for FairUse4WM. Everything is finally working great, and I was able to start using the Fairuse program. Unfortunately, however, windows media player will not play videos I have legitimately purchased from amazon video on demand (VOD). Instead I receive the "acquiring license" message indefinitely, and Fairuse tells me I do not have the license (but I bought it!). Can anyone help? I have spent countless hours getting to this point and I thought I had things finally figured out.

My ultimate goal is to get purchased movies from Amazon vod (or elsewhere) onto my Archos 3 vision - apparently an enormous feat.

Thanks in advance...

What IBX version do you have?

p.s. You can always re-record DRM-protected videos using screen video capture software.
