How to record video stream from LRT golden fund?

 

Hi,

could you help me in downloading streaming video (mms protocol, original video file has *.wmv format) from LRT (Lithuanian Radio and TV) golden fund site?
Two videos for exampe (BTW, I am able to watch these videos only in IE - FF does not play them):

I have tried several programs ("Orbit Downloader", "SDP Downloader", "WM Recorder", "Internet Download Manager") - without any success. IDM reports, that "Connection has been closed by server" (I think there is some sort of protection from LRT side against downloaders).

After viewing video online you can find *.dat file in "Temporary Internet Files", but it's not possible to play this file even with VLC player.

Hi, I was able to download the video with WM Recorder in ADA mode.

Hi Martin,

could you tell me the version and other settings of your WM Recorder? Also what protocol (mms or rtsp) you use for download? I am not able to force WM Recorder to record videos from this site smoothly (only once I succeeded in downloading).
