Hi,

You can use a streaming provider like audiovideoweb.com.

In addition to Windows Encoder you'll need an audio card, and video capture card. They provide multiple players to choose from. Your upload speed will need to be about 20% faster than at what you plan to encode your stream.

You can broadcast using p2p Internet TV software. It requires fewer bandwidth than regular streaming servers.

As for streaming servers, you can install your own server, get web-hosting with a streaming server or use a CDN.

To do a live windows stream you can download the Windows Media Encoder 9. Your CDN will provide you with the info you need to get connected to them through the encoder.
