Replay Media Catcher (RCATSetup.exe) DLL problem - Windows XP Pro-64

 

Just purchased and upgraded Replay Media Catcher to v3. V2.3 been running fine all along.
Get DLL 'can't install' errors.

What should I do now ??

Please be more specific about the error you get. Please upload a screenshot of the error you receive when trying to install.

Thank you for the response. I had not uninstalled the previous version. I did a clean install of the upgrade and entered the code and it is working well now. Thanks,
