Removing DRM from PDF with adeptkey and adeptpdf (decrypting PDF)I have been using adeptkey and adeptpdf successfully for a while to remove the DRM so that I can convert my ebooks to a format more easily read on my PDA. However, when I tried today, I'm not able to open the decrypted PDF in Foxit. I get the message that it is corrupted.

Re: Removing DRM from PDF with adeptkey and adeptpdf (decrypting PDF)Well, it appears that something has indeed changed because the same thing happened with a second PDF I attempted to decrypt. However, I was able to use Advanced PDF Repair to fix the decrypted file and make it usable with other software.
However, if any updates to the Python scripts are released to correct the basic issue, I would love to learn about them. Drisanna |
