Unfortunately, WM Recorder is not capable of recording RTMPE streams. You have to use any of the RTMPE friendly recorders.

This is an RTMP stream. I can download it with many Replay Media Catcher or any other RTMP Flash stream recorders, but I have problem downloading the video with WMR. Will notify the developer.
