rtmpdump and live streams

Do you have experience with rtmpdump using live streams?

I have a large project to do and this is just one very small part of it which I just cannot get working.

If you do have experience, I would appreciate some consultation time from you.

The process correctly handshakes and creates a stream, but then immediately ends because the Netstream.Play.Stop command is issued.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

rtmpdump --live -r rtmp://...

rtmpdump --help will give you the list of commands.
