Hello,

A friend does cam shows and is looking for a way to prevent the recording of their cam feed or alerting them when their webcam feed is being recorded. Is there any software that could help?

The best method I know of is not to transmit if you don't want to be recorded.

Sorry, this is impossible as far as I know. Most STREAM rippers just pull the video directly from the source - the hosting site just thinks it's being watched. SCREEN recorders work locally on the Pc ONLY and don't even need an internet connection to record - meaning they're sending no signals.

If your friend doesn't want to be recorded, his/her best bet would be to not do a cam show.
