Problems with ordering software from Plimus: Phone verification & non-instant service

I'll never order from a company using Plimus for payment processing. Plimus is not an instant purchase, but usually takes 2-5 days for verification, including some obnoxious person calling you in the middle of the night. I don't know why people continue to tolerate them.

Really? I purchased save2pc Pro + Extra Pack to test it a few days ago, and got access immediately...

You only need to do a search to reveal hundreds of reports similar to mine. The last time I tried to order something through Plimus was in April. Plimus' says that phone verification is random, but it has happened to me every time. I've never heard of immediate access through Plimus though. Maybe they have relaxed their requirements.

It seems like some vendors are likely to have more phone and manual verifications.

I've tried to find more about Plimus and I saw lots of negative feedback. But it was mainly related to inability to get the money back when software was not as good as described. Users don't try software before buying and think that Plimus is responsible for that.

Also there are lots of negative comments about phone checks. Software vendors usually pay a lot for chargebacks, so Plimus probably tried to provide better service for them. They may have overdone that.
