rtmpdump as an RTMP streaming server?

rtmpdump as an RTMP streaming server?

 

I want to use rtmp as library to stream not from HTTP source or file , but from my source - produced in real-time frames of media (sound). Could anybody help or have an example how to do it?

I don't really understand your question and how it is related to rtmpdump software. Please be more specific and make posts in relevant forums/threads.

rtmpdump has a source code, which I want to use in my code. The file streams.cpp implements connection between HTTP and RTMP streaming using file.flv , but I have no files, I want to stream in real-time packets of sound frames, and don't know how.
A'm asking for advice of developers or do smbd know contacts of Andrej Stepanchuk - author of rtmpdump?

There are several streaming servers that can broadcast RTMP and HTTP streams. One of them is freeware open-source red5. I still have no idea why you need rtmpdump.

because I have my own source - frames of sound , produced in real-time. I don't need any of these servers using some files to stream. I have nothing to give them, I only have pure frames, not files.

There are live TV broadcasts, live music concert broadcast and all of them use streaming servers.

Ok. One question: Can rtmpdump be as RTMP server and if does , what input is used for this, may be flv file through HTTP stream?

The developers of XBMC used rtmpdump source code to re-broadcast RTMP streams, so they might be helpful for you.

rtmpdump is not an rtmp server
