I need to know a software which can edit RTSP headers and re-broadcast a stream from other media server.

Any help will be really helpful and appreciated.

RTSP is used for Windows Media, Real Media and QuickTime streams.

I know only one program that can re-broadcast streams. It is VLC player and it supports Windows Media streams only. VLC is an open source project so you may try to change it to edit headers.
