Help with swf to flv conversion

Help with swf to flv conversion

 

I'd like to upload some swf files to Youtube, but as you know, Youtube doesn't support this format. Then I'd like to convert my swf files to flv format. But I don't know how to finish this converting. Can anyone here give me some advice? Hoping that it can be solved asap. Thanks in advance!!!
