You can use Jaksta. The site uses antileach features however so you will need to instruct Jaksta to record it as it plays in your browser.

Tools > Settings and expand Download or Record. Click Add and enter the site as livevideo.com and file extension as flv. Stop and start recording.

Freeware Ask & Record Toolbar can also save streaming videos from livevideo.com.

And you may use any software that can capture packets from flash player, for example: Web Stream Dumper of Replay Media Catcher.

are you sure that website uses anti-leech?
i am able to download the video without any tools,just download with the browser

Jaksta reported the usage of anti-leeching, but I didn't have any problem downloading the stream with Replay Media Catcher (without its Web Stream Dumper). Really weird.
