Need streaming support solution with video camera and desktop broadcasts

Hi,

I want to setup a streaming support solution and am wondering if anyone can help with suggestions of software and a good quality camera to use.

The function should work like this:
Customers call in to one of several support guys and is advised to click on a button on the support website to see the live video streaming of the support person showing how to fix the product issue.

Audio should go through the normal landline.
The support person should be able to switch between streaming video from the camera and streaming the desktop of his PC or both at the same time.
Four persons should be able to stream from different rooms at the same time.

Anyone know of a complete solution for this or have suggestion on how to set it up?

Re: Streaming support solution

As a potential customer, I would find this annoying - what if I was not in front of a computer, or what if I wanted to watch the video and NOT be on the phone - my 2 cents, and it's just my OPINION would be to keep the audio and video together on the computer screen/streaming video.

Having said that, I have no idea how to do this - but wanted to offer my $0.02 :-)

The audio is separate because most customers don't have headsets to communicate with.

If the customer is not in front of a computer he of course only gets support over the phone like they get today.
