How to record a broadcast from gotomeeting.com on a Mac

Hi-
I'm new to the forum and wanted to know- What would be a good (free) software to record online video (broadcast from gotomeeting.com) on a Mac? And is there one that has a timer that could be set to start and stop?

You may record GoToMeeting presentations with screen video capture software. For example, you can try to use commercial screen recorders like ScreenFlow for Mac, Camtasia for Mac or freeware screen recorders.
