Im new to pplive and after d/l and following all the hints etc I find that my channel guide is like this ????????. Do I need to d/l anything else to rectify this problem, any help would be appreciated.................Ronnie

I suppose that your channel guide is in Chinese. If you don't know Chinese there is no sense to add its support to your Windows OS.
