What is the best way to copy locked .TMP files (theat are cached .FLV files)I sometimes get randomly named .tmp files in the cache folder. These are temporarily .FLV files from streaming videos that I watched. Initially I used M$ backup/restore to save and rename them to .flv's before, but can't do that anymore.
