MSN Recorder Max record problem

MSN Recorder Max record problem

 

i try it record Windows live messenger cam chat on MSN Recorder Max software , and its not demo version
but it record only black screen
I run it under Windows Vista 64bit
any idea what might be a problem and how to fix it?

And how it is better than a more universal screen video capture software? The only advantage I see is that you don't need to select a region that needs to be recorded. But you won't be able to record anything else besides MSN Web-cam chat...
