USA Network offers RTMP .flv streaming videos:
USA/NBC: they really don't want videos from embedded flash player downloaded,do they?

NBC offers RTMP .flv streaming videos (But they also offer HD videos for downloading):

CBS offers RTMPE .mp4 streaming videos:
You can record them with Replay Media Catcher 3.0.2, the only problem is that you need plug-in plugin_zrtmp version 5.3.6.9, that is no longer available for new customers.

You may try Replay Capture Suite that allows
