Problem while connecting a DVR on LAN with two or more users at a time

Hi!
I have installed two DVR's at one HUB and when I try to connect both at the same time or two users connect simultaneously to single DVR the message comes Connection Failed. The dvr has web port 80 and AV port 5000 and Command Port 5001. Any help or suggestions.

We would need to know what DVR you are using, and the model number.
