Perhaps i'm partial to software I know and love, but I was able to record streams from this site with NO problem using the latest version of Replay Media Catcher

Some people think that stream ripping software like Replay Media Catcher is not the best software to record video from live web-cams. But if you have a decent Internet connection, you shouldn't have any problems with Media Catcher:

You can also use Bit Recorder flash stream capture software or screen video capture software.
