Silent installation and scheduled recording.

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a stream recorder, which has silent installation and a feature of scheduled recording.

1. Silent installation.
Without winpcap and others, I want to install a recorder in silent mode by running one single command with options if needed.

2. Scheduled recording.
I would like to capture stream data (bit&bytes) such as live radio directly from 3 different mms servers every 5min.
So the recorder will create three new files every 5min.
It's like splitting online stream data into 5minutes so that my application can play a specific file created at a certain time zone.

Do you know what the stream recorder can support these features?

Your comment would be greatly appreiated.

Connie.

You can try streaming media rippers that support command line options. Never used that. But can definitely run MPlayer from command line. And you can also try GetASFStream, AsfRecorder,...
