Help recording .flv from embedded JW FLV media player

 

clicking on the stream opens a separate browser window that plays the flash .flv video. Right clicking that window (which shows the streaming video) gives 3 options:

"About JW FLV MEDIA PLAYER 3.14..."
"Settings" (adobe flash player settings)
"About Adobe Flash Player 9..."

The URL atop the video shows:

I've tried Replay AV 8, WM Recorder 12, Orbit Downloader, URL Snooper 2, etc. and can't get anything to work. Best I could do was to get orbit download to download a tiny meaningless file entitled "mediaplayer.swf" which was 33kb.

I'm beginning to suspect that it's not possible to rip an embedded flash file using JW FLV media player...anybody have any thoughts?

We can't try to record the .FLV stream for you without the URL of the web-page where we can find this stream.

But when you see the Adobe Flash Player, you should always try RTMP Flash stream recorders, especially when you can't record from it.
