Downloading/Capturing/Ripping/Recording justin.tv live RTMP .FLV flash video streams?


 
i'm trying to record some of the live sports streams on justin.tv found here

i've tried Replay Media Catcher but it seems to only grab the file for 3 seconds or so then it stops, i am able to grab the archived stuff with replay media catcher just not Live streams

Can someone help? What else would work?

WebVideoCap can capture HTTP flash video streams only. It doesn't support RTMP protocol.

And for live video streams with chats we recommend to use screen video capture software like Replay Video Capture

i just checked the Replay Media Catcher RMC, it can capture the live stream right now
all you should do is get RMC 3.01 and update the rtmp plugin :)
give it a try :)

Actually, There was a release this past week to record rtmpe with Replay Media Catcher 3.x. If you have not used it lately, open it up now and it will auto update (assuming you have the newest version ,of course)

I know that Replay Media Catcher and Jaksta do not show you full RTMP URL, but you may try other RTMP Flash stream recorders.

We can not open justin.tv with Internet Explorer. IE always show open error message. :mad:
