How to open a URL with Windows Media Player (play stream with WMP)


 
To open the "Open URL" dialog in Windows Media Player you may press CTRL+U.

Alternatively you may do the following:
  1. Show classic menus first if you need to by pressing CTRL+M or going to "View" -> "Classic Menus"
  2. Go to "File" -> "Open URL..."
