how can i tell if it's a rtmp, http ou rtmpt flash videos in this site?
http://www.centralmusical.pt/cabaretmaxime/
Is there a way?

The second question is if anyone can help me download the content.

This site uses Windows Media Player. Try using WM Recorder in PRO mode instead.
