Replay Media Catcher not recording ANY media

 

Hello,

I have just purchased a copy of Replay Media Catcher online as well as the disc and have found that no streamed media is detected when its played. I actually downloaded the trial version and had the same problem but thought this could be resolved at least if I bought the actual thing. I have looked at how the program is used and appears to be straight forward.

To my dissapointment, I'm in the same situation. If I can get this to work, I'll get my money back with-on the 30 day period.

I've installed previous versions but have uninstalled it although, have a beta version stuck in my control panel and cant be removed.

Can someone PLEASE help me?

Hmm. well you're in luck, i've been using media catcher for well over a year and a half so i'm sure i can help. :-)

Specifically, Can you please provide me with the URL of the video you're trying to record, so I can trouble shoot the issue?

My RMC literally cannot pick any streamed media whatsoever, even a Youtube video. The RMC window is blank.

I think you best bet might be to speak with applian customer service via a ticket, have you done so yet? While I could help you, there are specifics they could help you with that I would not be able to...

Replay Media Catcher has been the most stable stream recorder for me. You can really describe your OS, firewall, hardware and other stuff here, but I also think that support at applian.com will allow you to solve your problem faster.
