if i have some video file How I can bring it to streaming media server what program can do it

Well, that really depends what you're trying to stream...youtube is a very basic one, but seems to work well for some people. How many files do you want to stream, areyou hosting them yourself?

You should really learn more about your streaming server, because they are very different.
