How to rip DVD to AVI, DivX, XVid, x264, MP4, WMV,... DVD ripper software needed.

Hi, Guys I am looking for a DVD ripper. I want to copy my DVD collection to my PC in different format. Like AVI, DivX, Windows media video (WMV), XviD, H.264 and MPEG-1, 2 and 4. But I don’t want to do compromise with the quality. If you people know any good DVD ripper software so, please let me know.

I prefer to copy DVDs with freeware DVD Decrypter first and then rip them with freeware StaxRip using freeware Xvid (MPEG-4 ASP) or freeware x264 (MPEG-4 AVC a.k.a. H.264) video codec.
