Record RTMP flv stream from kanal5.se (Frozen men looking for love TV Show episode)

 

I'm trying to capture the first episode of a swedish tv program titled
"Frozen men looking for love". It is a dating show, about three men in the isolated north who are looking for women. (Who isn't?) Obviously the local women have all moved south. The Kanal 5 company sends the guys 9 or 10 women each and then they have to pick one of them in the end. The show isn't too exciting, but I know one of the chicks and would like to be able to keep a personal copy of this show, one for me, one for her.

I'm not too proficient in these matters and I have tried and failed with the following programs:

Replay Media Catcher
WM Recorder
MetaProducts Offline Explorer

The last in the list kept downloading stuff forever, but I nevertheless couldn't find the movie files in all that mass of data.
